Terms of Use — Host2GO

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the website hosting, professional email, domain and database services provided by SERVICETECH LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 57.845.942/0001-98 ("Host2GO", "we"), available through the website and control panel.

By creating an account or using any of our services, you state that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Description of services

Host2GO offers, on a contractable and configurable basis according to each customer's needs:

• Website and web application hosting
• Professional email accounts, aliases and forwarding
• Domain registration and/or pointing
• Databases

Storage, sending and other limits for each service are those described in the plan chosen at the time of purchase, and may vary as the catalog is updated.

2. Pre-launch interest registration

While Host2GO is in its pre-launch phase, registering your interest does not create an account or generate any charge. It simply records your interest and locks in 50% off for 6 months on any plan purchased at launch, under the conditions in effect at that time.

3. Registration and account (after launch)

• You are responsible for providing true, complete and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

By using Host2GO's services, you agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email or fraudulent content (phishing)
• Host or distribute malware, viruses or any malicious code
• Host illegal content, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the services to attack third parties (e.g., DDoS, unauthorized network scanning)
• Use resources in a way that compromises the stability of the shared infrastructure or of other customers

Failure to comply with this section may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the account, without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

5. Domains

Domain registration and/or pointing is subject to the policies of the relevant registry and registrar. It is the domain holder's responsibility to keep the domain's registration data correct and up to date. Host2GO is not responsible for domain ownership disputes between third parties.

6. Payment, trial and cancellation

• Plans are billed according to the billing cycle chosen (monthly or annual) at the time of purchase.
• Where offered, the free trial period does not require a credit card and can be stopped at any time before billing begins.
• Non-payment by the due date may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is settled.
• Cancellation may be requested at any time through the control panel or our support channels.

7. Service availability

We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the services continuously available. Scheduled maintenance, when necessary, will be announced in advance whenever possible. Host2GO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for outages caused by factors outside its reasonable control (e.g., third-party connectivity failures, force majeure events).

8. Backups and data responsibility

We maintain backup routines as an additional security measure, but this does not replace the customer's responsibility to keep their own up-to-date copies of all content, emails and configurations critical to their business.

9. Intellectual property

All content uploaded, hosted or transmitted by you through our services is your sole responsibility and property. The Host2GO brand, control panel and platform are owned by the company and may not be copied, reproduced or used without authorization.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Host2GO will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the services, except in proven cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or cancel your account in the event of a breach of these Terms, unresolved non-payment, or use that jeopardizes the security of the platform or of other users. You may close your account at any time, without prejudice to amounts already owed up to the cancellation date.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the control panel, indicating the new effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Porto Alegre - RS, Brazil are elected to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
